OnSight Terms of Use

• Eligibility
  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use OnSight.
  • If you are using OnSight on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the business accepts these Terms.
• Account responsibility
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Acceptable use
  • You agree not to misuse OnSight, including by attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the App, accessing it using automated means without permission, or using it for unlawful purposes.

OnSight allows you to record visits, time, materials, and other information about your work. You remain responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter into the App.
• How you use OnSight data in your invoices, contracts, and communications with your own clients.
• Complying with any laws or regulations that apply to your business, including recordkeeping, tax, and employment laws.

• Service availability
  • We aim to keep OnSight available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control.
• Changes to the App
  • We may update or modify OnSight over time, including adding or removing features. Where appropriate, we will provide notice of significant changes.
• Beta / early access features
  • Some features may be labeled as beta, preview, or early access. These features may be less stable than the rest of the App and may change more frequently.

OnSight is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honed Edge LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein; or
• Any interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to OnSight if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. If you continue to use OnSight after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
