What to include in a support request
To help us resolve issues quickly, please include:
- The email address you use to sign in to Mow Money.
- Your device type (for example: iPhone 15, Pixel 8).
- The version of Mow Money you’re using (from the app’s settings screen).
- A short description of what you were trying to do, and what you expected to see versus what happened.
- Screenshots, if possible, especially for errors, odd totals, or confusing screens.
Account deletion
To delete your Mow Money account and associated business data, select "Delete Account" in the "Account Management" section of the settings screen. All information will be promptly deleted.
Current status of the app
Mow Money is currently in an early release and is actively being improved. We may introduce new features or adjust existing ones based on user feedback and real-world use.
We take data integrity seriously. If you notice anything unexpected in your visit history, pricing calculations, or invoices, please contact us so we can investigate and fix the issue.
